These Terms of Use (&#8220;Terms&#8221;) govern your access to and use of the App and all related services. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary. <\/p>\n\n<p>4.2 Account security<\/p>\n\n<p>You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. <\/p>\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>5. Payments are processed via Apple (iPhone\/iPad), Google (Android) or Stripe\/Paypal (web app). <\/p>\n\n<p>5.3 Automatic renewal<\/p>\n\n<p>Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless they are canceled before the renewal date.  <\/p>\n\n<p>5.4 Refund policy<\/p>\n\n<p>All fees are subject to TODO&#8217;s refund policy. Nutzerverhalten<\/code><\/pre>\n\n<p>6.1 Permitted use<\/p>\n\n<p>You agree not to do the following:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Violate laws or regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Publish harmful, obscene or infringing content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interfere with the operation or security of the app.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engage in unauthorized data collection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use the app as a substitute for professional couples counseling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p>7. copyrights<\/p>\n\n<p>7.1 Ownership<\/p>\n\n<p>All content and materials in the app are the property of <a href=\"https:\/\/mwager.de\/about\/\">Michael Wager<\/a> and are protected by copyright laws.<\/p>\n\n<p>7.2 User content<\/p>\n\n<p>By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify and display such content to provide our services.<\/p>\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>8.
